Shipping your Machine
- When sending your machine for service we only require the unit and flask.
- Remove all granules before shipping.
- Take care to make sure the unit is padded and carefully packed in a strong secure carton to avoid damage, let us know if you need assistance with packing material.
- If you have a loan unit ordered the road case that it is delivered in can generally be used to return your machine, we can advise at the time of booking.
Freight Costs
- Road Freight approx. 4 – 5 days – $69 + GST
- Air Freight can be as fast as Overnight – Ask for quote
- Freight is quoted one way – Freight is not charged for verified warranty service.
Erkodent Loan Units
- When we supply a loan unit we will endeavour to provide a unit of the same model or as close as possible to yours.
- We supply a loan unit free of charge if required for repairs under warranty service or for an Australian delivered unit up to 3 years from the purchase date – Otherwise the cost is a nominal $159 (ex gst) + freight for the duration of the repair.
- The loan unit service is not available for “Grey” or “Parallel Imported” units.
- This service is applicable for current active (transactions within the past 18 months) account holders.
- Freight is additional for non warranty service.
- Loan units must be returned cleaned and with all components as shipped. Missing components will be charged for.
